Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I’m sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the outcome of your offer. My priority is always to facilitate smooth and transparent transactions for all parties involved. To clarify, the final decision regarding the sale was solely at the discretion of the sellers. Your offer was not accepted because it was not the most competitive. The sellers received multiple offers and ultimately requested a "highest and best" round, with all competitive offers at or above the asking price. In a fast-moving market, counteroffers are not always extended when stronger offers are already on the table. Regarding communication and documentation, I strive for accuracy and efficiency in every transaction. If any errors occurred, I sincerely regret any inconvenience. That said, I always encourage buyers to review all documents carefully and ask any questions before signing. My goal is never to pressure, but rather to ensure buyers have the information needed to act swiftly in a competitive market. I understand this was a frustrating experience, and I truly wish you success in finding the perfect home.
